About Kalma Spa: Andean wellness in Cusco since 2015
Founded by Beatriz Cuba in 2015, Kalma Spa Cusco is a day spa in the historic center, a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. Our team of five specialist therapists brings together the Inca massage tradition, Andean botanicals and professional techniques for travelers and locals.
How Kalma Spa began
Kalma Spa Cusco opened its doors in 2015, when founder Beatriz Cuba decided to create a place where visitors to Cusco could rest and recover with the healing traditions of the Andes. The name "Kalma" reflects that idea: a calm space in the middle of the city's busiest streets.
From the beginning, the Inca massage with hot volcanic stones and herbal oils of muña and coca has been at the heart of the spa. Over the years the team has grown to five therapists, each specialized in one technique, so every guest is treated by someone who knows that massage in depth.
Today we welcome travelers recovering from the Inca Trail, Salkantay or the altitude, and people from Cusco who come back for their regular session. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
