Lotion is an ideal choice for light massages, providing hydration without a greasy feel. Its smooth texture allows for even application and quick absorption, leaving the skin feeling fresh and nourished. However, it is not recommended for clients with sunburn and peeling, as it may cause dead skin to clump together.
Gels are a versatile and cost-effective option for various massage techniques. They are ideal for clients with very dry skin or body hair, as they maintain hydration without being absorbed too quickly.

Additionally, its warm feel and ability to blend effortlessly with essential oils make it an ideal choice for enhancing relaxation and well-being.
